Sleep research

All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and allow for polysomnographic recordings using different EEG systems. Temperature, blinds, and lighting can be controlled remotely from outside the rooms, ensuring precise environmental control for experiments. Each room is also equipped with physiological monitoring tools, including heart rate sensors, skin conductance measurement, and a respiration belt.

A dedicated control room allows remote monitoring of all three rooms and real-time sleep scoring throughout the night. An additional bed and a convertible sofa are available for the experimenter to rest overnight.

After the sleep study, participants can freshen up in dedicated bathrooms and have breakfast in the relaxing area, conveniently located next to the sleep rooms.

Portable EEG amplifiers with 8 bipolar electrodes are also available for home-based sleep recordings.
